“Thank you so much for all your help getting my daughter’s birthday party ghost tour sorted.  Monica is an excellent guide and the tour               was very interesting.  We had a few true ghost believers and a few skeptics and a few undecideds – all were captivated by the stories,             pictures and Monica’s first-hand accounts.  (We may have had our own encounter with a spirit who thought one of the girls was pretty                                                                                                             – ask Monica!  Truly, a very enjoyable evening.
My daughter, Parker Anne, wants to go on a couple more tours, so you will see us in the future.  In the meantime, I told her that we had a book on Austin hauntings that she could read in addition to Monica’s book.  When she pulled it off the shelf, we realized that it is your book                                 ( Haunted Austin by Jeanine).  🙂 Again, many thanks to you and Monica.  Happy Tuesday. – Elizabeth D

Just wanted to thank you guys for straightening out our errors with us booking. Three couples all different dates and times. We really appreciate it. AND the tour was great. Kudos to Maverick, we all loved it and I would definitely recommend to friends to do this. It was so interesting to get some of the Austin history as well. You can use this for a review as well.- Kelly J

Hi – tonight I was on a tour with Maverick tonight. Great tour!

After I decided to walk back to my hotel. I walked by a frozen yogurt shop. I talked to the people behind the counter quickly. They rang me up and then I sat down. They were closing at 10pm. I sat down around 9:35 pm. As soon as I sat down the music that was playing  just stopped playing?i thought they were closing up.

I heard the woman employee say to her male  coworker..” I can’t get the music to go back on”… she tried 3 times. She said it was strange it wouldn’t go back on. That has never happened.

I thought to myself .. I’ve just been on a ghost / history walk? It was an electrical disturbance to me. I am not surprised or afraid. It was just an acknowledgement to me that I was on a fun ghost tour. I am haunted in a good way and very protected in the universe.

I walked outside the shop and then saw a historical plaque on the wall that the building was an old blacksmith shop.
It’s a cool funky yogurt shop.

I had fun.. I am now sure I got my money’s worth!!

Take it easy
