On the ancient lands of the Farm
September’s full moon will be one of a few supermoons this Fall of 2024. The full moon in September, also referred to as the Harvest Moon or the Corn Moon, will be able to be seen the same night as a partial lunar eclipse that will be visible to people across the United States, including the open big sky on Austin’s 90-acre Pioneer Farm.
Join us at Pioneer Farms when it is closed to the public, after dark full private access for the magic of the Full Super Moon on September 18, October 17, November 15. The full moon has inspired myths, beliefs and rituals for all of time. The full moon creates heightened intuition that inspires new birth, new growth and transformation. Pioneer Farms is on 90-acres of undisturbed land traversed by the Chisolm Trail and full of history as told by the many 18th and 19th century buildings filled with Spirits who still remain to share their stories. We will bring fun equipment to facilitate and haunting history of this historic location.
